Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Assist technicians, operators, or supervisors in daily work activities
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
  • Arrange and move raw materials or finished goods
  • Maintain cleanliness of the workplace and machines
  • Support packing, labeling, and dispatch activities
  • Follow instructions from seniors and complete assigned tasks on time
  • Help in basic maintenance and repair work
  • Follow safety rules and company guidelines
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management
  • Skills & Requirements:Basic reading and writing skills
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
  • Ability to follow instructions properly
  • Hardworking and disciplined
  • Teamwork and cooperative attitude
  • Willingness to work shifts or overtime (if required)
  • Qualification:Minimum: 8th / 10th Pass (or equivalent)
  • Experience: Fresher or 0–1 year experience preferred
  • Working Conditions:Factory/Warehouse/Office environment
  • Standing for long hours
  • Manual handling of materials
