Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Assist technicians, operators, or supervisors in daily work activities
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Arrange and move raw materials or finished goods
- Maintain cleanliness of the workplace and machines
- Support packing, labeling, and dispatch activities
- Follow instructions from seniors and complete assigned tasks on time
- Help in basic maintenance and repair work
- Follow safety rules and company guidelines
- Perform any other duties assigned by management
- Skills & Requirements:Basic reading and writing skills
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
- Ability to follow instructions properly
- Hardworking and disciplined
- Teamwork and cooperative attitude
- Willingness to work shifts or overtime (if required)
- Qualification:Minimum: 8th / 10th Pass (or equivalent)
- Experience: Fresher or 0–1 year experience preferred
- Working Conditions:Factory/Warehouse/Office environment
- Standing for long hours
- Manual handling of materials
