Job Description
Plan and manage daily production activities to achieve production targets.
Supervise production teams and ensure smooth workflow.
Optimize machine utilization and minimize downtime.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, purchase, and stores departments.
Monitor production efficiency and implement productivity improvements.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure workplace safety and compliance with statutory regulations.
Control production costs by reducing wastage and improving efficiency.
Train, motivate, and evaluate production staff.
Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
Monitor inventory of raw materials and coordinate with procurement.
Participate in new product development and process optimization.
