MIS Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to manage inventory planning, stock allocation, MIS reporting, purchase orders, and vendor coordination. The role involves ensuring optimum stock availability across stores, analyzing product performance, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors to support efficient retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Monitor stock levels and analyze top-selling, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory.

• Prepare and maintain Purchase Orders (POs).

• Analyze new product sales performance and share insights with relevant stakeholders.

• Manage warehouse-to-store transfers and vendor stock allocations.

• Coordinate with buying, warehouse, finance, and store teams for smooth operations.

• Follow up with existing vendors on deliveries and inventory status.

• Coordinate with new vendors for onboarding documentation and product samples.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate/Post Graduate with 2–5 years of relevant retail experience.

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).

• Working knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management processes.

• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

• Fluent in English and Hindi.

• Experience in Lifestyle, Apparel, Department Store, or Premium Retail preferred.
