Admin Manager / Operations Head / Director


Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Admin to manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office. The candidate will handle office coordination, vendor management, documentation, staff support, and general administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.

Handle office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management.

Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, repairs, and services.

Maintain records, files, and important office documents.

Monitor attendance, staff movement, and office discipline.

Handle courier, dispatch, and inventory management.

Support HR and Accounts team with administrative tasks.

Manage stationery, pantry, and office asset requirements.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and visitor management.

Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and systems.

Maintain data in Excel sheets and prepare reports when required.

Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality.


Required Skills:

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Vendor handling and negotiation skills.

Problem-solving attitude.

Time management and attention to detail.


Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline.

Additional certification in administration or office management will be an advantage.


Experience:

1– 3 years of experience in Administration or Office Management preferred.


Salary:

As per company standards and candidate experience.


Working Hours:

10 Am to 7 Pm



Other Requirements:

Professional behavior and presentable personality.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
