Job Description
We’re Hiring: Performance Marketer (EdTech)
Location: On-site – Vasai
Role: Full-time
Experience: 2–5 years
Salary: 25,000 - 40,000 Per Month
We’re looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who can generate high-quality leads for our EdTech programs across India. This is not just about running ads we want someone who understands funnels, optimization, and scaling.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram & YouTube
- Drive consistent lead generation with a strong focus on reducing CPL
- Manage budgets efficiently and improve ROAS
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and copies
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and take data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve ad performance
- Suggest improvements in landing pages and conversion funnels
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience in paid ads & performance marketing
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels (EdTech preferred)
- Knowledge of analytics tools, tracking, and reporting
- Ability to write or guide high-converting ad copies
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization
- A data-driven mindset with a focus on results, not just execution
