Job Description

Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and agents.

Generate qualified leads through sourcing activities and references.

Conduct regular meetings, site visits, and project presentations with channel partners.

Coordinate with the sales team for lead closure and client follow-up.

Plan and execute sourcing campaigns and promotional activities.

Maintain daily sourcing reports and lead data in CRM.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sourcing targets.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
