Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of residential properties. The candidate will be responsible for handling tenants, property maintenance, rent collection and ensuring smooth property operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise residential properties
  • Coordinate with tenants regarding inquiries, complaints, and agreements
  • Handle property inspections
  • Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed on time
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
  • Maintain property records, agreements, and documentation
  • Follow up on rent collection and pending dues
  • Monitor occupancy and availability status of properties
  • Ensure properties are maintained in good condition
  • Report operational updates to management regularly
  • Handle housekeeping staff and align them properly
