Job Description – Real Estate Sales Executive

Experience: 1–3 Years (Real Estate Sales Mandatory)

Location: Delhi

Employment Type: Full-Time

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and convert leads into property sales.
• Handle customer calls, meetings, follow-ups and site visits.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans and other relevant information.
• Conduct regular site visits and effectively present the project to clients.
• Handle customer objections and negotiate to close deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and Channel Partners.
• Maintain daily sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Requirements1–3 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
• Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Comfortable with field work and client meetings.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Candidates with a proven track record of achieving sales targets will be preferred.
