Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + ₹5,000 Performance Incentive
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader / Closing Manager to lead our real estate sales team and drive successful property closures. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales experience, and the ability to manage clients and team performance effectively
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives.
- Handle property closing and negotiation with clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Coordinate with channel partners and internal teams.
- Monitor team performance and ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Assist team members during site visits and client meetings.
- Maintain sales reports and daily performance updates.
- Ensure smooth documentation and closure of real estate transactions.
- Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, team handling, or closing management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
- Target-driven and confident personality.
- Knowledge of Navi Mumbai real estate market is preferred.
