Recruitment Manager Cum Team Leader

Job Description:

The Recruitment Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the recruitment process to efficiently meet the requirements for our clients. 

This role involves managing a team of recruiters,

implementing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a smooth and effective

mobilization process in line with our clients’ needs.

Need someone who has overseas recruitment experience handling blue collar roles and had experience working with sub-agents/3rd parties.

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and achievement of recruitment goals.

• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective strategies and processes to attract, assess, and hire a large volume of candidates.

• Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance the candidate experience.

Implement best practices and innovative solutions to address high-volume hiring challenges.
