Relationship Manager

We are looking for an outgoing relationship manager to foster strong relationships with our clients. The relationship manager’s responsibilities also include seeking out new business opportunities, providing clients with knowledgeable advice , guiding their clients with their choices and promptly solving complains and ensuring client satisfaction.   

Roles and Responsibilities of a Relationship Manager - 

• Maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services. 
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. 
• Identifying client's needs and requirements and proposing suitable solutions. 
• Upselling and cross-selling products/services to clients. 
• Being presentable with attire as well as your work  
• Daily 3-4 Meetings with customers, Promoters of corporates and DSA’s in the financial market. 
• Desired targets by the company to be achieved by the RM. 
• On a given database by the company calling 100-200 customers on a daily basis and researching and pursuing new business opportunities for the company sales. 
• Attending Business meetings and other events of finance field. 
• Improve and meet sales targets through long-term customer retention. 
• The relationship manager must ensure that the prioritization of tasks does not lead to miscommunication with the clients or the internal teams. 
• Ensuring Client Satisfaction.
