Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to provide round-the-clock medical care and support hospital operations. The candidate will be responsible for patient management, emergency care, and coordination with senior doctors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage admitted patients
- Provide immediate medical care in emergencies
- Assist senior doctors and consultants in treatment
- Conduct regular patient rounds and maintain case records
- Handle OPD/IPD patients when required
- Prescribe medications as per hospital protocols
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments
- Ensure proper documentation of patient history and treatment
- Handle medico-legal cases as per guidelines
Requirements:
- BAMS/ BHMS/MBBS degree (mandatory)
- Valid medical registration (MMC/NMC)
- Experience preferred but freshers can also apply
- Ability to handle emergency situations
- Good communication and decision-making skills
