Job Description
🔹 Job Summary:
The Sales Executive – Beauty & Personal Care is responsible for driving sales growth by promoting and selling beauty and personal care products to retailers, pharmacies, salons, supermarkets, and distributors. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding customer base, and maintaining strong client relationships.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell beauty and personal care products to existing and new customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, salons, and key accounts.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand territory coverage.
- Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and merchandising at outlets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities when required.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
- Collect payments and manage outstanding accounts.
- Prepare daily sales reports and market feedback reports.
- Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams for stock availability and promotions.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Experience:1–3 years of experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or FMCG sales.
- Experience handling retail outlets, pharmacies, or modern trade stores is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of beauty and personal care products.
- Target-driven and result-oriented.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
