SALES EXECUTIVE - Lubricants (with Paint & Adhesives Knowledge)

Location: Mumbai

Job Type: Full-Time

Industry: Lubricants / Chemicals / Paints & Adhesives

Experience: 2–5 Years (Preferred in relevant industry)

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for lubricants in industrial

sales and wholesale.

 Leverage existing knowledge of paint and adhesives to cross-sell and support client

solutions.

 Build and maintain strong client relationships with dealers, distributors, OEMs, and

end-users.

 Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

 Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers, showcasing product benefits

and features.

 Achieve sales targets and report on performance metrics regularly.

 Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, accounts) to ensure timely delivery

and customer satisfaction.

 Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the brand.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

 12th pass

2+ years of proven sales experience in lubricants, paint, or adhesive industry.

 Strong technical knowledge of industrial applications for lubricants, paints, and

adhesives.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
