Job Description

Handle online leads assigned by the Airtel store.

Call customers and schedule appointments promptly.

Visit customer locations for product demonstrations.

Sell Airtel Xstream Fiber broadband and Postpaid connections.

Cross-sell and up-sell Airtel services.

Complete KYC and sales documentation.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with installation teams for timely connection activation.

Maintain accurate lead and customer records.
