Sales Executive - Investment

Job Title: Sales Executive – Investments (Mutual Funds & Financial Products)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated female Sales Executive (age 24–35) with minimum 3 years of experience in financial products or mutual fund sales. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, promoting investments, and achieving sales targets while providing excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

1)Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media

2)Educate clients about mutual funds, SIPs, insurance, and other investment products

3)Assess client risk profile and recommend suitable financial solutions

4)Achieve monthly sales and AUM (Assets Under Management) targets

4)Build and maintain long-term client relationships

5)Follow up regularly for SIP renewals and additional investments

6)Stay updated with financial markets and product knowledge

7)Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (SEBI/NISM)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1)Minimum 3 years of experience in mutual funds, 2)investments, or financial services sales

3)Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or related field

4)Strong communication, persuasion, and networking skills

Target-driven, self-motivated, and client-focused

5)Knowledge of financial products and basic market trends

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Monthly investment mobilization (₹ value)

Number of new SIPs generated

Client acquisition and retention rate

Revenue / commission generated

Salary & Incentives:

₹18,000 to ₹30,000 per month (fixed incentives)

Commission on investments mobilized

Bonus on achieving AUM milestones
