Sales Manager

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the real estate industry.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the sales team
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales
  • Develop sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Handle client meetings and property presentations
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Coordinate with channel partners and clients
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain data records
  • Follow up with clients for site visits and closures
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients and management
  • Experience in sales/real estate preferred
  • Target-oriented and confident personality
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
