Key Responsibilities:

🔍 Initial screening of prospects through official portals

📞 Conduct customer sourcing and acquisition

🤝 Coordinate between customers and managers for customer support and objection handling

📝 Generate and convert leads for life insurance products

📊 Assist in hiring process and report recruitment status to management

🌟 Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

🎓 Minimum 12th pass is applicable, graduation is preferred.

💬 Good communication and interpersonal skills

💻 Basic knowledge of MS Office

⚡ Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment

👥 Freshers or candidates with 6 months–2 years of recruitment experience can apply
