Sales & Marketing Executive

To support the Marketing & Sales function in achieving business growth objectives by identifying opportunities, managing customer communications, preparing quotations, coordinating order execution, and ensuring excellent customer service.

The role is expected to build strong customer relationships while ensuring alignment between customer expectations and organizational capabilities.

Business Development Support

• Identify potential customers and market opportunities.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Support business development initiatives and campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Assist in expanding the customer base.

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain regular communication with customers.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Coordinate customer meetings and visits.
• Develop strong working relationships with key customer contacts.
• Maintain customer communication records.

Quotation & Proposal Management

• Receive and review RFQs from customers.
• Coordinate with Operations and Procurement for costing inputs.
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
• Ensure timely submission of quotations.
• Follow up on quotation status and conversion opportunities.

Order Management

• Receive customer purchase orders.
• Verify commercial and technical requirements.
• Coordinate order processing with production teams.
• Monitor order execution and delivery schedules.
• Communicate order status updates to customers.

Sales Coordination

• Track monthly sales targets and achievements.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
• Maintain CRM and sales pipeline data.
• Support achievement of departmental objectives.
• Coordinate customer documentation requirements.

Collection Support

• Follow up with customers for payments.
• Coordinate with Finance regarding outstanding receivables.
• Support resolution of invoice-related issues.
• Assist in maintaining healthy cash flow.

Customer Complaint Coordination

• Record customer complaints and concerns.
• Coordinate with Quality and Operations for investigation.
• Monitor closure of customer complaints.
• Ensure timely communication with customers regarding corrective actions
