Job Description

We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive (Work From Home) for our perfumery and fragrance products business.


Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on sales leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email

• Convert enquiries into orders and build long-term customer relationships

• Handle both B2B (bulk/wholesale) and B2C (retail) customer enquiries

• Promote our products on social media and support marketing campaigns

• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and orders in our CRM

• Achieve monthly sales targets


Requirements:

• Graduate with at least 1 year of sales/marketing experience

• Good spoken and written English; Hindi is a plus

• Smartphone/laptop with a reliable internet connection at home

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely


This is a full-time work-from-home role with fixed salary plus performance-based incentives.
