Job Description
The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing memberships, promoting personal training services, building brand awareness, and leading all sales and marketing initiatives. This role requires a dynamic professional who can generate leads, convert prospects into members, manage marketing campaigns, and build strategic partnerships to position Body Sculptor as the preferred premium fitness destination.
Sales Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Drive new membership sales and personal training packages.
- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, corporate tie-ups, digital campaigns, and events.
- Follow up with all enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
- Conduct studio tours and convert prospects into members.
- Build relationships with existing clients to increase retention and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
