Job Title: Executive Assistant

Role Summary:-
We are seeking a responsible and well-organized Executive Assistant to assist our director in handling daily administrative, follow-up, and tracking tasks. Wanted candidate who have mindset of long-term working in organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Calendar Management: Scheduling and managing appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the MD.
2. Email Management: Screening and prioritizing emails, drafting responses, and managing communications on behalf of the MD.
3. Document Preparation: Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the MD.
4. Agenda Preparation: Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring that follow-up actions are completed.
5. Meeting Logistics: Organizing and coordinating logistics for board meetings, executive team meetings, and other key meetings.
6. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to schedule and prepare for meetings. Internal Communication: Acting as a point of contact between the MD and other executives, employees, and directors for delegation of Tasks
7. External Representation: Representing the MD in communications with external parties, including clients and vendors.
8. Confidentiality: Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
9. Office Operations: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the MD's office, including maintaining office supplies.
10. Visitor Coordination: Coordinating visits from clients, partners, and other stakeholders, including organizing hospitality as required.
11. Event Planning: Planning and organizing company events, conferences, and other functions as required.
12. Performance Tracking: Monitoring and reporting on the progress of strategic initiatives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
13. Problem Solving: Identifying issues and providing solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the MD’s operations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate from any stream (B. Com, B.A., B.Sc., etc.)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Should be honest, dependable, and career-focused
- Open to handling office-related and light personal tasks under guidance
