Security Guard Supervisor

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Team Leadership & Management:
• Supervise, motivate, and train a team of security officers (10-15+ members).
• Create and manage guard shifts, rotation schedules, and ensure 24/7 site coverage.
• Conduct daily briefings and spot-check security posts to ensure discipline, proper uniform, and compliance.
• Operational Security & Access Control:
• Manage and monitor all entry/exit points for personnel, visitors, and contractors.
• Oversee material movement in/out of the production facility to prevent theft.
• Operate and monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, conducting daily checks.
• Emergency Response & Incident Management:
• Act as the first responder and incident commander during fires, medical emergencies, or security breaches.
• Liaise with local police, fire department, and emergency services.
• Lead evacuation drills and emergency response procedures.
• Audit & Reporting:
• Conduct regular patrols and site security audits to identify vulnerabilities.
• Prepare detailed incident reports, daily activity reports, and investigation logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety (EHS) regulations and company policies.
