Job Description
- Manage day-to-day accounting work
- Handle general ledger and final accounts
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
- Check and approve vouchers, bills, and entries
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Do bank reconciliation regularly
- Handle GST / TDS / tax working and filings
- Support audit work and provide required documents
- Maintain salary, payroll, and expense records
- Review junior accountant work
- Ensure all accounting follows company rules and laws
- Help management with financial data and reports
- Track budgets and control costs
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and tax consultants
