Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Manager – Projects to lead endto-end execution of stretch ceiling and customized lighting projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, execution, quality control, client management, resource allocation, and timely project delivery while ensuring adherence to company standards, budgets, and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities • Manage multiple projects from award of contract through final handover. • Prepare project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation. • Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, project management consultants (PMCs), contractors, and internal departments. • Supervise site engineers, project coordinators, supervisors, and installation teams. • Ensure project completion within approved timelines and budgets. • Monitor site progress and resolve technical and operational challenges. • Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documentation before execution. • Coordinate procurement and material planning to ensure timely site deliveries. • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. • Ensure installation quality meets project specifications and company standards. • Manage client meetings, progress reviews, and project status reporting. • Review subcontractor performance and monitor productivity. • Verify measurements, work completion, and billing milestones. • Coordinate with the commercial and accounts teams for project billing and payment follow-ups. • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. • Ensure timely closure of snag lists and successful project handover. Enzo International 201, Morya Grand, Off New Link Road, Andheri (west) Mumbai – 400053 Required Skills • Strong project planning and execution capabilities. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Knowledge of stretch ceiling systems, customized lighting, interior fit-outs, or architectural products. • Ability to interpret technical drawings and BOQs. • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills. • Effective negotiation and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project (preferred), AutoCAD, and ERP/project management software. Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. • Project Management certification is an added advantage. Experience • 8–12 years of experience in project management. • Minimum 5 years in a leadership role handling interior fit-out, stretch ceiling, lighting, façade, architectural, or construction projects. • Experience managing multiple commercial and retail projects simultaneously is preferred.
