Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a South Indian Chef, preferably in fine-dining or premium restaurants
• Strong knowledge of traditional South Indian ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques
• Expertise in dishes like dosas, idlis, appams, stews, rasam varieties, regional curries, and temple-style cuisine
• Ability to present food with modern aesthetics and plating techniques
• Good understanding of kitchen management and operations
• Knowledge of vegetarian and sattvic cooking is a plus
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 4–8 years of experience in South Indian cuisine
• At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or senior role in a premium/fine-dining setup
