Job Description
Team Leader – Health Insurance (Sales & Renewals)
Job Summary
Responsible for managing a team of sales advisors handling health insurance renewals and new business. Ensures achievement of daily, weekly & monthly targets along with maintaining high service quality & Zero proven escalations
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 15 – 20 insurance advisors.
- Monitor daily call activities, lead allocation & follow-up adherence.
- Drive team performance to achieve renewal, cross-sell & new policy targets.
- Provide coaching, feedback & take daily huddles.
- Maintain discipline, attendance & performance hygiene.
- Handle escalation calls & guide advisors on customer objections.
- Publish daily MIS & track productivity metrics.
- Coordinate with QA, Training & Operations for performance improvement.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations & company processes.
- Required SkillsStrong leadership & people management.
- Health insurance sales knowledge
- Should have managed Digital leads
- Excellent communication & objection-handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure & deliver targets.
- Should have excel knowledge
- Should be able to handle dialer effeciently
- Qualification & ExperienceGraduate / Under graduate
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Health insurance sales; at least 1 year as Team Leader in Health insurance.
Working Days
- 6 Days Working (Rotational Off) with 1 Weekly Off
- Shift Time (Rotational) – 9:30am – 6:30pm
