🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
Explain various banking loan products (Personal Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan, etc.)
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options
Generate leads and convert them into successful applications
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
🧠 Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or Graduate
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
Good communication skills in Hindi, English (additional regional languages are a plus)
Positive attitude and convincing skills
