We are looking for a TeleCollection Officer - Recovery with experience in collections to join our team at Thane (Wagle Estate).


Position: TeleCollection Officer - Recovery

Location: Wagle Estate, Thane

CTC: Up to 25,000 per month

Education: HSC or Above


Mandatory Requirement:


  • Experience in Recovery & Write off is mandatory.


Required Skills:


  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic telecalling experience.
  • Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
  • Good record-keeping and follow-up skills.


Preferred:

  • Candidates holding a Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) Certificate will be given preference.
