We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team in the events management industry. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining our kids’ photography event and package details, and converting warm leads into confirmed bookings.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to hot leads provided by the company.
• Explain the kids’ brand photoshoot event and available packages clearly.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Build trust with parents and convert leads into confirmed bookings/sales.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads.
• Update and track lead status accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a positive mindset.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.
• Basic computer and data entry knowledge.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• EligibilityMinimum HSC / Graduate preferred.
• Prior experience in telesales or customer service preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
