Telecalling Executive Job Role
Position: Telecalling Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Customers ko phone call karke company ke products ya services ke baare mein batana.
- Potential customers se leads generate karna.
- Customer ke questions aur queries ka jawab dena.
- Sales aur follow-up calls karna.
- Customer database aur call records maintain karna.
- Daily call targets aur reporting complete karna.
- Existing customers ke saath relationship maintain karna.
Required Skills:
- Achhi communication skills (Hindi/English).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).
- Convincing aur negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude aur customer handling ability.
- Telecalling ya sales ka experience (preferred).
Qualification:
- 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Fresher aur Experienced dono apply kar sakte hain.
Salary:
- Company policy ke anusar (Fixed Salary + Incentives, agar applicable ho).
Working Hours:
- Company working schedule ke anusar.
