Job Description
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of finance and real estate markets.
- Familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work under target-driven environments.
- Good customer service and relationship management skills.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in tele calling telesales, finance, banking, insurance, or real estate.
- 12th pass & Graduation with strong communication skills.
- Salary₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + incentive (depending on experience and skills).
- Performance-based incentives and bonuses.
- Working Hours Full-time
- 6 days a week
- Preferred Candidate Profile Fluent in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
- Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
- Experience in loan sales, mortgage services, property sales, or customer acquisition is an advantage.
