Job Description
We are looking for a Telecaller to join our Motor Insurance team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and experience in outbound calling.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding Motor Insurance.
- Explain motor insurance plans, renewals, and policy benefits.
- Follow up with customers for policy renewals and new sales.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling/Sales (Motor Insurance experience preferred).
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic English communication.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and target-based work.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Note: Candidates should be comfortable making outbound calls for Motor Insurance sales and renewals.
