Telecalling Executive

Position: Telecaller Consultant cum Office Assistant

Location: Work From Home

Language Requirement: Marathi (Compulsory)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month + Incentives (Performance Based)

Job Role:We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Telecaller Consultant cum Office Assistant who can work from home and handle telecalling, follow-ups, Zoom meetings, and basic office coordination work.

1. Key Responsibilities:Attending daily Zoom Meeting (Compulsory)
2. Telecalling to clients and leads
3. Follow-up calls and maintaining call records
4. Handling basic office coordination work
5. WhatsApp messaging and data updating
6. Coordinating with internal team and clients
7. Maintaining daily work report
8. Mandatory Requirements
9. Telecalling / Credit Card / Loan Recovery / Sales experience is compulsory
10. Laptop and WiFi connection is compulsory
11. Strong and genuine reason for Work From Home
12. Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation Preferred)
13. Marathi language speaking is compulsory
14. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)

• Polite and convincing speaking skills
• Discipline and honesty
• Follow-up and closing skills
• Basic computer operation
• Working Hours:10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Monday to Saturday
• Selection Process:Telephonic Interview
• Practical Calling Test (1 Day)
• Final Selection
