for male - Preference for 2 wheeler or 4 wheeler Driving skills

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead Generation: Call potential customers and introduce them to real estate projects.

✅ Client Engagement: Understand client needs, explain property details, and convince them for site visits.

✅ Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.

✅ Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to close deals.

✅ Database Management: Maintain and update records of customer interactions and inquiries.

✅ Sales Target: Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales goals.

Requirements:Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply.

Gender: Female candidates can apply only

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Language: Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, and English preferred.
