Job Description

Construction Tender Executive – Job DescriptionA Construction Tender Executive is responsible for managing the tendering and bidding process for construction projects. They prepare tender documents, coordinate with clients and vendors, analyze project requirements, and ensure timely submission of competitive bids.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and track new construction tenders and bidding opportunities
  • Prepare tender documents, BOQs, quotations, and proposals
  • Analyze tender requirements, specifications, and project scope
  • Coordinate with estimation, procurement, and project teams
  • Collect quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
  • Prepare cost estimates and pricing for bids
  • Ensure timely submission of tenders and related documents
  • Maintain records of tender submissions and project data
  • Communicate with clients regarding clarifications and updates
  • Follow up on submitted tenders and negotiate when required
