Job Description
Tender Management
- Identify and evaluate relevant tenders on the GeM portal.
- Prepare and submit bids in line with eligibility criteria and deadlines.
- Monitor tender status and follow up on submissions.
GeM Portal Operations
- Maintain and update company profile, product listings, and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines and procurement policies.
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and manage required documents (GST, PAN, MSME/Udyam, product certifications).
- Maintain accurate records of bids, contracts, and purchase orders.
Order Execution
- Manage order acceptance, invoicing, dispatch, and delivery tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of government orders.
Buyer Coordination
- Liaise with government departments for clarifications and approvals.
- Respond to queries regarding bids, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Reporting
- Generate MIS reports on bids, wins, losses, and opportunities.
- Track performance metrics and suggest improvements.
