Job Description – YouTube Video Editor

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented YouTube Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, high-retention videos. The candidate should be skilled in video editing, motion graphics, sound design, color correction, and creating visually appealing content for YouTube. Responsibilities include editing long-form videos, Shorts/Reels, adding subtitles, transitions, B-rolls, effects, and ensuring content meets the channel's quality standards and upload deadlines. Experience with software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools is preferred. Knowledge of YouTube trends, audience retention techniques, and thumbnail/video pacing will be an added advantage.
