About UsTBS (The Bargain Street) is a rapidly growing men's fast fashion retail brand with multiple stores across Mumbai. We specialize in trendy, affordable fashion and are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage inventory efficiently and support smooth store operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInventory ManagementReceive and verify incoming stock against purchase orders.
• Perform accurate stock inward and outward entries in the ERP system.
• Organize products according to warehouse layout and category.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and barcode management.
• Maintain stock accuracy at all times.
• Store ReplenishmentPrepare and dispatch stock as per store requirements.
• Coordinate timely replenishment to all retail stores.
• Ensure accurate packing and documentation before dispatch.
• Stock ControlConduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliation.
• Assist in physical stock verification and inventory audits.
• Investigate and report stock discrepancies.
• Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) wherever applicable.
• Warehouse OperationsKeep the warehouse clean, organized, and easily accessible.
• Arrange products for quick picking and dispatch.
• Monitor damaged, defective, or slow-moving inventory.
• Follow warehouse SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Documentation & ReportingMaintain inward, outward, transfer, and return records.
• Generate inventory reports whenever required.
• Coordinate with the Merchandising and Store Operations teams regarding stock availability.
• RequirementsGraduate or Diploma holder.
• 1–3 years of warehouse or inventory management experience.
• Experience with ERP/POS software (VasyERP experience is an advantage).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move cartons when required.
