Warehouse Manager

Where: Based at Royal Palms, Mumbai — manages all Royal Palms warehouses plus the Bhiwandi warehouse

Reports to: Operations Head

Experience needed: 3–6 years running a warehouse or store

Pay: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month

What is this

job?You will manage the full warehouse operation — all warehouses at Royal Palms, and the Bhiwandi warehouse too. You are in charge of inventory control: every item going in or out needs your approval, and client confirmation before it moves. You decide which staff works where, shift stock around to free up space when needed, and keep all day-to-day work running smoothly across every location.

What you will

• doManage all warehouses at Royal Palms and the Bhiwandi warehouse — overall in charge
• Control inventory across all locations: approve every item going in and every item going out
• Get client confirmation before items move in or out
• Assign staff to warehouses and tasks based on the day's workload
• Shift stock between warehouses when space is needed
• Handle day-to-day operations across all locations — receiving, storage, dispatch
• Keep the QR code inventory system correct and up to date, everywhere
• Label and organize items so they are easy to find, at every warehouse
• Manage supervisors and loaders across all locations
• Plan pickups and deliveries with courier partners (like Porter)
• Keep all warehouses clean and free of pests
• Handle costumes and clothes carefully (no damage, no dampness)
• Talk to vendors for packing material, transport, and repairs
• Help clients (production teams) when they visit or need something urgent
• Keep every warehouse safe and secure
• Give regular updates to management about stock and any problems
• Lead stock counting and audits across all locations

What we need

• from you3+ years experience managing a warehouse or store
• Experience managing more than one location or a large team is a plus
• Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, or simple inventory apps
• Good at organizing and managing people
• Can work independently, take decisions, and take responsibility
• Lives near Royal Palms, Mumbai; willing to travel to Bhiwandi when needed
• Can speak basic English, Hindi, or Marathi

Good to have

• (not compulsory)Experience in rental, logistics, e-commerce, costumes, or film production
• Experience handling clothes or fabric items
• Used QR code or barcode systems before
