Job Description
Job Summary:
The Supervisor in the Operation Excellence department is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and quality. This role involves leading a team, implementing process improvements, and maintaining a high level of performance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of team members
- Implement and monitor operational processes to optimize efficiency
- Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve operational goals
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Operation Excellence department
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Experience in project management is a plus
