We are looking for a smart and active WhatsApp Order Executive who can handle customer inquiries, convert leads into orders, and manage the complete order process through WhatsApp and call. Reply to customer message on WhatsApp quickly and professionally. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products. Take orders via WhatsApp or call and confirm details. Coordinate with dispatch/warehouse team for order processing. Follow up with customer.
