Job Description

A Candidate Having Knowledge of Tally ERP, Well versed in MS Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchase and sales entries in accounting software
  • Prepare GST invoices and assist in monthly GST returns
  • Deduct and record TDS on vendor payments
  • Maintain vendor bills, purchase orders
  • Reconcile ledgers, bank statements, and stock reports
  • Prepare daily reports in Excel (MIS, expenses, collections)
  • Filing and keeping records of all purchase invoices.
  • Day to Day Transactions
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for billing and payments

Requirements:

  • Basic accounting knowledge (purchase, sales, ledgers)
  • Working knowledge of GST & TDS
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, formulas preferred)
  • Experience with Tally/ERP is an advantage
  • Accuracy, documentation skills, and timely reporting
