Account Executive (Accounting)

 Working on Tally prime.  Prepare Invoices & E-invoicing (Purchase / Sales), Journal Entry , Proforma Invoice, Creating Payment / Receipt voucher , Debit and Credit note, TDS entry, Preparing E-way bill (local and Export)  Co-ordination with site workers for billing data, attendance for salary wages.  Prepare PF & ESIC documents.  Check GST portal for 2A and cross data with system.  Maintain sale & purchase ledger & coordinate with debtors & creditors.  Making bank payment sheets.  Check government tender site, documentation for tender & update full tender on tender portal  Handle petty cash and all site expenses.  Sending details to warehouse of material planning& preparing delivery for Transport.  Making Delivery Order, Sales Invoice & E- Way Bills.  Maintain day to day books of Accounts in Tally  Preparing PO, PI in Excel  Maintain all types of Voucher Entry.  Ledger checking, editing & Mails to party, Filling documents Courier Ready & Inward/Outward Entry  Calculation of wages for labour
