Role purpose
Convert frontline sales problems into testable AI use cases and ship them fast; own business requirements, workflow fit, adoption and measurement.
Key responsibilities
- Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with frontline sales teams, sales managers, CRM/IT teams, data teams, and Pod Lead to gather requirements and drive adoption.
- Define SalesIQ use cases with user stories, acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes.
- Design workflows embedded into CRM/sales motion; reduce tool-switching and rep effort.
- Curate knowledge sources (pitch assets, objection handling, case studies, product catalogs, policies) and ensure grounding quality.
- Coordinate UAT, training, rollout, and weekly adoption reviews; translate feedback into backlog items.
- Track value delivered via dashboards; create crisp updates for leadership.
- Vendor coordination: Work closely with AI platform vendors to translate business needs into technical specifications and track delivery timelines.
- Change management: Design and execute adoption strategies including training materials, playbooks, and communication plans to drive sales rep engagement.
- User feedback loops: Run regular feedback sessions with sales teams; iterate rapidly based on frontline input.
Must-have skills / capabilities
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking; comfort working with data.
- Understanding of enterprise sales processes and GTM levers.
- GenAI literacy: prompts, grounding, evaluation concepts; ability to work with tech teams.
- Cross-functional influence: Ability to influence without authority across Sales, Sales Ops, Product, IT, and Digital teams.
- Bias for action: Comfortable with ambiguity; able to make decisions with incomplete information and course-correct quickly.
Experience
- 5–9 years in sales ops/transformation, product ops, consulting delivery, or GTM analytics roles.
- CRM/Sales tools proficiency: Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, or similar enterprise CRM platforms.
Preferred backgrounds
- Sales ops / CVM / GTM transformation in B2B businesses
- Consulting (digital/ops) with execution ownership
- Product ops / business product roles in CRM/SaaS
