Job Purpose

Handle commercial contracts in the area of

1. MIFI, IOT devices, M2M SIM, Multiple operator eUICC SIM Cards, Industrial SIM Cards, Lab Testing.
2. Enterprise IOT & Managed Mobility
3. Support Contract closures on Digital Platforms (Music, Video, Games).
4. Asset Monetization (Mobile Advertising, Credit Insights, Direct Carrier Billing, Location & Mobile Authentication).
5. Contract Management

 

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

1. Pure Negotiations of Contracts in the areas of VAS, Content for Vi MTV, Device & Enterprise IOT partnerships
2. Contract Management – Review and Closure of Contracts before the expiry and monitor through ARIBA. Co-ordinate with Business, Legal, Regulatory, Data Privacy and Finance/Legal Teams
3. Data Monetization  Revenue contracts- Commercial Negotiations for Revenue Share & contract closure.
4. New Projects in the areas of AI, Digital Partnerships

 

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

Core Competencies:

1. Good in stakeholder management skills both external and internal.
2. Must be a fast learner with urge to learn new things
3. Should be able to take end to end ownership of the categories handled
4. Process Oriented and focus on details
5. Knowledge & Experience: 4-5 years in Procurement Sourcing processes.

Must have technical / professional qualifications

Preferred Engineer with MBA
