Carrier Program Manager

Function / Department

Technology - Central operations ( corporate)

Job Purpose

Carrier Program Manager maintains standard processes to provide a seamless customer delivery experience across all geographies, prioritization and execution of projects to meet Business objective of increasing in year Revenue. Carrier PM handles high Revenue and large volume of project delivery.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Coordinate with VIL SDM’s across the circles to prepare Management dashboard for progress on Functional activities.
• Lead on critical Projects and Programs to ensure right support during bid and successful Project execution.
• Execution of high Revenue and large volume projects across country.
• Engage with VIL SDMs to render   any guidance and support.
• Review with Project Leads on in year conversion and KPI performance
• Engage with VIL SDM’s as part of governance and execution of best practice.
• Proactive escalation management to anticipate Project risks and drive mitigation plans. 
• Financial Management during the project to ensure timely & right use of project budget.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• 7-10 years of experience:

• In leading Project Management. Managing multinational customers across the globe by working collaboratively with multicultural functions/teams and partners across continents.
• Manage Customer stake holders and proactive escalation Management.
• Experience in implementing project or programme practice to meet Organization effectiveness and Business requirements.

• Prince2 or PMP certified.
• Proficiency in handling Project Management tools and MS Office.
• Managing customer engagement at multiple levels including CXO.
• Ability to drive CFT and Virtual teams to achieve common Objective.

Must have technical / professional qualifications

• Experience in handling Project Management in a B2C environment
• Commercially astute
• Ability to structure and prioritize workloads around customer and project requirements
• Strong focus on delivery and attention to detail
• Ability to manage dynamic, high- growth, high- uncertainty environments
  
  
• Educational Qualifications

Graduate, with minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferred in Electronics & Telecommunications.
