Summary:
In the role of Analytics and Modeling Lead, a typical day involves spearheading initiatives to collect and interpret diverse data sets related to clients and market dynamics. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the development and implementation of analytical frameworks to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to foster continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress and adjust strategies to meet evolving business requirements.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience in designing and optimizing data pipelines and workflows within cloud-based environments.
- Strong capability in data integration, transformation, and management to support scalable analytics solutions.
- Ability to work with large and complex data sets to extract actionable insights.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools and platforms to coordinate efforts across distributed teams.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges related to data analytics infrastructure.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
