Job Description

App Delivery & Implementation Support Project Management

Run API integration projects in the Digital Transformation team

Translate the on-ground feedback to actionable features in the new age front-end trading platforms to provide a best in class experience for Axis customers - ensure requirements and procedures are understood and implemented as per specifications

Connect and Coordinate with development team, Product managers, and extended IT team for driving design and execution of best in class solution

Conduct and provide support for UAT of the trading platforms along with critical stakeholders and coordinate for getting the critical signoffs including Product Owner, Infosec, CAB Approval

Assist development team in any technical and integration level troubleshooting so that customers are able to have a seamless experience.

Provide L2 Production support for the trading platform from critical problem troubleshooting, to implementation of proposed solution
