Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support project planning, execution, and delivery. The ideal candidate will assist senior project managers in coordinating resources, tracking project progress, managing documentation, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
* Prepare project status reports and maintain project documentation.
* Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including preparing meeting minutes.
* Identify project risks and escalate issues when required.
* Monitor project budgets and resource allocation.
* Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
* Support change management and project communication activities.
* Maintain project trackers and dashboards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
* Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
* 1–4 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
* Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or Asana.
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
* PMP, CAPM, or Scrum certification (preferred but not mandatory).
* Experience working in IT, software development, or business transformation projects.
* Knowledge of risk management and stakeholder management.
